About Grannemann’s Sales & Service

Grannemann’s Sales & Service, Inc. has been family owned and operated in Hermann since 1940. We’re a third-generation business offering outstanding heating, cooling, electrical and appliance services for all brands.

Ralph Grannemann Sr. started Grannemann Electric in 1940. He sold and serviced furnaces and air conditioners. Ralph also provided electric and plumbing to most of the homes and businesses in and around Hermann.

His son, Bob Grannemann, started Grannemann’s Radio & TV in 1952. Bob sold and serviced appliances, TVs, satellite and antenna systems. Later, he expanded into four Radio Shack franchises.

Bob’s son, Chad Grannemann, and his wife, Adrianna, bought Grannemann Electric from Bob. They combined the two businesses, which are known as Grannemann’s Sales & Service.

The store may have changed names over the years, but one thing remains the same. Our family-owned business is dedicated to serving you. Grannemann’s has always been there to provide you with the courteous professional service you need.

At Grannemann’s, we sell the best and service the rest. Chad and his group of employees are happy to help you in any way they can. Our customers are our priority, so we proudly offer same-day services on emergency calls.

Chad services all brands of appliances, furnaces and air conditioners. He provides authorized service for Lennox® heating and cooling equipment, as well as Whirlpool®, Maytag® and GE® appliances. He and electrician Joel Steiner also offer many electrical services, such as wiring your home or business, fixing a light switch and installing digital antennas.

When it’s time for a new Lennox furnace or air conditioner, you can count on Scott Frederick to provide excellent replacement and installation services.

At our store, Carol can help with all your appliance purchases. We carry all the brands you trust, including Lennox, Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Hotpoint® and Amana.
